I'm really thankful that Forêt offers an instructional video because it shows how easy the process actually is. I wanted to share this in case anyone is having a tough time deciding on which kit to choose, or is dealing with severe gut challenges.

If you've been on the fence about enemas, I hope this is your sign to try them out and know they are simple and so helpful. Had I known how easy and impactful home enemas would be for me, I would have done them sooner.

I love the Foret Enema Kit! Years ago I went to a health detox retreat and first learned about the importance of enema use there. Back then I was nervous of the idea of the whole thing, but gathered my bravery and made it happen. Enema colon cleansing really is an amazing thing for overall health and well being and over the years I have owned several enema kits. There was always a flaw in the others, mostly with leaking that drove me nuts.

With the Foret Enema Kit I immediately loved the quality and simplicity. Very easy to use and I was SO thrilled there was no leaking. The design is tight and works well.

This is my first time using any kind of enema kit and am very pleased with the results. I watched a lot of videos on youtube about coffee enemas and wanted to try it for myself. About the product it is a very good design

2, Bag open ended where it hangs (Very easy to clean with soap and water and dry with clean wash cloth)
3 Bought it for the small nozzle but never used it because the larger one works great (so got a spare)

I have had this enema kit for over a month have used it about 7 or 8 times and very pleased with this product and would definitely order again.

This was a way better experience than my first time (one of those kits from the drugstore). I read a lot about the benefits and was curious about trying again.
The applicator is so non noticeable that you can tell the women behind this company paid special attention to making their product superior. Using this kit was very simple.
I had a little learning curve trying to figure out what would be my first solution but then I got their free cleanse kit and it walked me through all of those initial questions. I liked the way it was written; it encourages you along the way and goes through all the scenarios that may arise. Also, I have two kids running around while I was doing this and I survived, which I think that says a lot about the ease of use of this kit.  Happy Cleansing y’all!

I am loving this enema bag. I had to begin coffee enemas as part of my cancer treatment so I purchased this for that purpose. It has been delightful and never a problem. The tip is wonderful because it has been very supple and never painful. I am sincerely thrilled with this product and will purchase another when needed. I just love the padded S-hook that holds the bag up to the corner of our 4 poster bed because it will not scratch the furniture and holds it quite securely.

Took a while to find a great product like this one. The softness of the tube, the length of it, how the tube attachments stay in well (instead of it coming out and water gushing everywhere), just well done and glad for that.
